Karen, the founder and president of Tate Design LLC, has demonstrated outstanding communication skills and an ability to adapt to an ever-changing marketplace. These qualities allow the team to consistently delivered award-winning, high-quality impactful marketing communications including print media and digital marketing.

She is committed to our surrounding community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of A Haven, a Chester County family grief center that provides a safe place for children to grieve, support for their caregivers, and education and hope for the community. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Urban Youth and Family Preservation, an organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for inner-city youth and their families. She is a strong advocate in the fight against hunger in our own community and supports the Chester County Food Bank both personally and professionally through her company. Karen supports and volunteers at the Lord’s Pantry of Downingtown and Philabundance in Philadelphia. Karen is also a member of the ERCC (Exton Region Chamber of Commerce) where she has served on the Board for six years, was the Executive Council Chairperson in 2012, and chaired the Marketing and Communications Council.
